Hear New Jaime Wyatt Song Featuring Sam Outlaw Via Billboard, L.A. Times Joins Mounting Press Praise

January 30, 2017 - Jaime Wyatt’s new album Felony Blues, out February 24th on Forty Below Records, is quickly becoming one of the most talked about country releases of 2017. Today, Billboard premieres album standout “Your Loving Saves Me,” featuring Sam Outlaw.

Billboard says “listen to the music of Jaime Wyatt and you'll hear a lot of things. There’s the twang of Buck Owens, mixed with the freewheeling sounds of The Byrds or Rick Nelson’s later Decca recordings. Sprinkle in a dash of the eternal cool factor of Linda Ronstadt, and you’re very close to the unique musical stylings of Felony Blues, her upcoming album.”

In this Sunday’s paper, The Los Angeles Times praised Jaime, saying Felony Blues is “fueled by electric twang-rock that hints at a countrified Tom Petty and a hardened Lucinda Williams. That is, if either had spent time in prison as Wyatt has.”

Rolling Stone Country named Jaime one of the “Ten New Country Artists You Need To Know” this month, saying she is “for fans ofMargo Price, Elizabeth Cook, outlaw country artists who have actually served time.”

The Bluegrass Situation and Saving Country Music included Felony Blues in their 2017 previews, with the latter recommending that readers “keep your eye out for this one.”

Jaime will perform at this year’s SXSW, and tour dates will be announced soon.
