River Whyless Announce First Leg Of 2017 Headlining U.S. Tour

Also Playing SXSW, Savannah Stopover, Mountain Jam And Old Settler’s Music Festivals, With More Festival Dates Announcing Soon

December 7, 2016 – Today River Whyless announces the first leg of it’s 2017 headlining U.S. tour. Currently on a West Coast run in support of Sara Watkins, River Whyless will headline a month of dates starting in February 2017, as well as perform at SXSW, Savannah Stopover, Mountain Jam, Old Settler’s Music and Hogs For The Cause festivals. A second leg of headlining dates and additional festival slots will be announced soon, keeping River Whyless on the road well into 2017.

The rising Asheville, NC band released their latest album We All The Light (Roll Call Records) earlier this year to critical praise and success at both Triple A and Americana radio.  They won support from NPR Music, the New York Times, the Associated Press, NPR All Things Considered, WNYC Soundcheck, NPR World Café, No Depression, the Bluegrass Situation, WFUV and more.
